How can I change the Product URL after moving the product to a new directory?

Please follow the following steps to correctly change the Product URL, once you have moved your SupportSuite copy.

1) Login to the Admin CP, you will notice the images etc are broken, ignore that.

2) Once logged in, you will notice that the left nav bar cannot be viewed. Open the URL http://www.domain.com/support/admin/...re&_a=settings

3) Click on General

4) Update the Product URL with the new path, click Update

The Support Desk should work fine after the Product URL has been updated. However, if you continue to face such problems, it is advisable that you update the URL directly using a SQL query. The steps for that are described below:

1) Login to MySQL CLI or phpMyAdmin and run the following query, make sure that you place in a trailing slash in the domain URL.
UPDATE `swsettings` SET data = 'http://www.newdomain.com/support/' WHERE vkey = 'general_producturl';
2) Rebuild the settings cache from Admin CP > Diagnostics > Rebuild Cache,
run the following URL : http://www.newdomain.com/support/sta...a=rebuildcache
